W3 schools

This is the place for learning CSS and HTML. 

W3 is the organization responsible for setting web standards, and they have the definitive list of attributes for CSS and HTML. Looking in other places is ok too, but beware that like most complicated things there is a lot of variation in ways to write CSS and HTML, and some are not so good.

Tuts plus

 

Tuts plus is a site with hundreds of great tutorials submitted by lots of different people. They have the site divided into several different areas for different software or types of media. 

Check out PSD Tuts for photoshop , Vector Tuts for Illustrator, and be sure to check out some other ones if you are interested.

This is a social networking site just for designers and artists.
